Orders are confirmed after a phone call to the customer. Chipeti Bijuterii reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of product unavailability or incorrect information.
All prices are displayed in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT. Payment is made exclusively cash on delivery (COD). Delivery cost is 50 MDL for Chișinău; for other localities — by arrangement.
Delivery is carried out within 1–3 business days in Chișinău and 2–5 business days in other localities in Moldova. Timelines may vary during holiday periods.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our return policy, provided they are in their original condition, unworn and with the label intact.
We make every effort to present products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Weight and dimensions are approximate.
These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or in the competent courts of Chișinău.
